Three PhD upgrades: congratulations to Xinqi, Wellydo and Yuhan
Xinqi Zhong, Wellydo Escarião and Yuhan Lu have passed their MPhil-to-PhD upgrade, a key milestone in the King's doctoral programme.
Congratulations to three of our PhD students, who passed their MPhil-to-PhD upgrade this month, the milestone that confirms a project is on track for a doctorate.
- Xinqi Zhong is engineering extracellular vesicles with nanoneedles, to explore how these natural carriers can be loaded and used in medicine.
- Wellydo Escarião is applying spatiotemporal omics to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), to follow how molecular changes unfold in the disease.
- Yuhan Lu, co-supervised by Ciro, is developing platforms to study cancer cell migration.
