Building on our organoid optoporation method, Ines Poljak and colleagues, with the group of Giulia Adriani, achieve localised gene delivery to macrophages within 3D tumour spheroids, creating controllable models of immune reprogramming in the tumour microenvironment. Preprint, not yet peer reviewed.
